LGBI Airport Secures Level 2 Customer Experience Accreditation

GUWAHATI: Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (LGBIA) in Guwahati has achieved Level 2 of the Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Customer Experience Accreditation. 

“This recognition from ACI is the outcome of teams and stakeholders coming together, and we are proud of this achievement. LGBIA is committed to continuous improvement in the manner in which passengers experience the Airport, with the implementation of digital and technological interventions that make for a seamless travel  through the Airport. As we journey towards further elevating the  customer experience, our passengers will experience enhanced service levels and a comfortable travel experience,” said a spokesperson from Guwahati International Airport Limited (GIAL).

The accreditation reflects the airport’s focus on addressing passenger feedback through its Customer Response Management System. By acting on this feedback, LGBIA aims to enhance service standards and create a comfortable and efficient travel experience at every touchpoint.

The ACI Airport Customer Experience Accreditation sets a global benchmark for customer service in the aviation sector, guiding airports worldwide in their pursuit of excellence.
